From Toney Chem, owner of 5 Borough Bagels, and family, comes Sarinade – a marinade that is also used as a baste, inject, dip, finish, and more! Sarinade joined us at Sips in the City in 2022 and won People’s Choice for their dish at Pork + Pinot 2022! We are so excited to partner with them for this Wine Flight.

Join us at the new 5 Borough Bagels location as we experience four fun and unique dishes using Sarinade. Each dish will be paired with a delightful glass of  Pali ‘Wild Series’ Natural Wines.
