Join us for an evening at Splash Seafood Bar + Grill and dive into the world of Australian fine wine. An all-star lineup of wines will be selected by Sommelier Mark Davidson direct from his acclaimed, recently released book, “The Wines of Australia”. Mark will be on hand as the guest host and Sommelier to explain the inspiration for the wine selections and to provide insight on contemporary Australian wine today.

Chef Dominic Iannarelli draws inspiration from his favorite cookbooks to craft each course, making for a delicious and exciting evening of dining. Start your evening with a welcoming glass of wine and appetizer. Then, relish in three courses and five wines that seamlessly blend the inspiration from the page to your palate.
