Chef Jacob Schroeder with Crafted Food Services has created an exclusive four-course menu, each dish inspired by one of your favorite beloved Christmas movies, from the heartwarming home of the McCallisters to the whimsy of Whoville, the glow of that famous leg lamp, and Uncle Eddie’s RV parked right out front.

Each course will be perfectly paired with wine, hand-selected to complement Chef Jacob’s creative interpretations. Expect cozy comfort, a dash of humor, and plenty of holiday cheer. Join us for the following:

“Cheese Pizza” – a slice of Detroit style pizza with a good melting cheese

“Who Hash” – mushrooms, winter squash, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, poached egg, cranberry chamoy

“How Do the Piggies Go?” – “Meatloaf” stuffed pork loin, apple-beet-cabbage chutney

“That Would Be Her Jello Mold.”  – Coconut Tres Leches Cake, Honeydew jello, Lime-ginger curd
