Join us for an evening under the night sky with our Corks & Constellations Wine Flight, a wine-tasting experience like no other. Enjoy a stellar lineup of 4 wines alongside hearty appetizers and decadent desserts, and live music by Matt Terronez, all while learning from the experts at the Drake Observatory.

Enjoy the following appetizers with four wines throughout the evening:

• Charcuterie under the stars
• Negimaki rolls with asparagus, grilled scallions and carrot
• Vegetarian portobello pizzas with arrabiata sauce, fresh basil and burrata
• Bacon wrapped scallops with balsamic glaze and charred sweet corn purée
