Your favorite wine just might be the one that you blend yourself! Please join us for a fabulous experience in a blending seminar led by Paul Lorenzen – Regional Manager for Rodney Strong Vineyards. Taste barrel samples of each of the 5 Bordeaux varietal wines that make up Symmetry and learn how to identify certain flavors and aromas in wine. This will allow you understand what each varietal can bring to a blend. Then we’ll spend time as “a winemaker” and experience what goes into crafting the perfect blend or trying to duplicate Symmetry! Centro pizza and salad will accompany the tasting.
