Join us for the next Wine Flight in our series at Palm’s DSM, where we will take a vibrant journey through flavors inspired by the rich culinary heritage of Africa and the Caribbean.
Each of the four courses will be paired with wines from around the world selected by Marcus Walsh at Okoboji Wines, each chosen to complement the spices, textures, and soulful depth of the evening’s dishes. From the first welcoming sip to the final indulgent bite, this experience celebrates the warmth and spirit of Afro-Caribbean culture in every pour and plate.
